Check out the vitamins that I’m taking this morning. I’m trying to fight off a minor cold (which has worked amazingly) so my supplements are a bit more robust than usual. From L-R: Echinacea, vitamin C, Omega-3, vitamin D.
Oh yes and have I mentioned I’m a wuss about taking pills? All are chewable, except the Echinacea, which I twist apart, dump the powdery contents into water, and then drink. Tastes like plants and dirt. Yum.
