Things I LOVE about my new apartment:

• the laundry machine. In my suite. That I don’t have to insert coins into. Doing a load of laundry may have been one of the highlights of my evening.
• the beautiful bright sun that streams through my windows late in the day from about 6pm until sunset.
• that I am a block away from the ocean and the sea wall.
• my computer finally has its own den room, and I LOVE having an office.
• underground parking. No more getting wet on rainy days, and no more tree sap on my car!
• my gas stove. I’ve never had one before and it RULES.
